Simple and Effective Low Stress Cattle Yards – Raslie (Stuart Creek) Design

The Raslie or Stuart Creek Cattle Yards combine simplicity with high value, offering a practical design with capacity for 300 head before and after the crush. This yard supports smooth, low-stress handling with a layout that prioritizes cattle flow and operator efficiency.

Featuring two primary after-crush drafting pens, plus a third optional pen that can be used with some capacity trade-offs, the yard offers flexible stock management. Additionally, it can hold 300 head before and after the drafting pound.

Four-Way Drafting and Traditional Force Options

The drafting pound supports four-way drafting and can feed traditional forces located at the crush or ramp, allowing versatile and efficient cattle sorting while minimizing animal stress.

Choose the Raslie (Stuart Creek) Cattle Yards for a no-nonsense, practical yard built on the principles of low stress cattle yards to enhance animal welfare and handling ease.

Using drone imagery, advanced surveying equipment, and precise CAD design software, we work closely with you to meticulously plan, design, quote, and install permanent cattle yards tailored to your site and livestock handling needs.

Our permanent cattle yards are engineered for long-term durability and efficiency, featuring robust 80NB pipe posts concreted in place and strong 115x42mm cattle rails—providing a truly permanent, high-quality cattle yard solution built to last for years to come.
